Return policy
According to Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 on consumer rights, the buyer has the right to renounce the purchase of the product, without penalties and without invoking a reason.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer must inform BIBLEPHILE S.R.L. by email - contact (@) thebiblephile (.) com - on the return decision within 30 days from the date of dispatch of the order.
After BIBLEPHILE S.R.L. confirms the acceptance by email, the product must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered (in the original packaging with all accessories, intact labels and accompanying documents). Once unpacked, the product can no longer be returned.
If the returned product was purchased during a promotional period accompanied by another gift product, the gift of the base product, which is the subject of the return, is also returned.
The cost of shipping the return is the responsibility of the buyer.
The refund of the value of the product will be made within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the return.
